The 14th Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Conference (ITEC 2026) is now accepting applications. To help entrepreneurial projects grow and succeed, ITEC has integrated deeply with Chaoyang’s “Tech 100 Parks” initiative — partnering with key district parks, industry platforms, and professional service institutions to deliver stackable, customizable support covering space, finance, resources, and real-world application scenarios.

1. Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Park Hosts the International Project Special Track. Operated by Startup Alliance under a “foreigners serving foreign talents” model, this park offers free office space at its 4,000 square meter central business district campus, full company registration, direct access to the Chaoyang 15 policy package (housing, research subsidies, computing vouchers), investment through Lingxin Capital, and a full-cycle service system covering policy, incubation, capital, scenarios, community, and global expansion support.
2. ITEC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park Hosts the University Doctoral Talent Competition, Returnee Talent Competition, and Future Industries Industry Track. Provides tiered office space for winners (up to 500 square meters for Grand Prize), one-stop finance, tax, and legal services, connections to the ITEC Investment Consortium, Phoenix Plan talent services, research commercialization support, and a dedicated entrepreneur mentor program.
3. Beijing Digital Human Base Innovation Community Hosts the General Artificial Intelligence Industry Track, Metaverse (Internet 3.0) Industry Track, and One-Person Company Talent Competition. Offers free industry accelerator membership for ITEC winners, real scenario matchmaking to help secure orders, full-cycle enterprise services including patents, copyright, and tax, and dedicated support for digital human and AI content creators.
4. Wangjing Technology Intelligent Innovation Community Hosts the One-Person Company Talent Competition. Provides an AI computing power and data governance platform, live-work integration housing support, and a dedicated community advisor who accompanies startups through their entire growth journey.
5. Capital · Langyuan Hosts the One-Person Company Talent Competition and Digital Culture Industry Track. Located within the Beijing AIGC Audiovisual Industry Innovation Center, this park offers a 25 percent discount on computing power plus three to four weeks of free testing, application programming interface access to over 50 large models, direct connections to the BOE ecosystem, free exhibition hall display space, and a full-chain talent development program.
6. Geek Tribe AI Application Ecosystem Park Hosts the One-Person Company Talent Competition. Provides two years of free office workstations, access to computing power and data interfaces from leading digital economy firms, expert think tank services, and technology promotion through major tech media platforms.
7. Zhongguancun Internet 3.0 Industrial Park Hosts the General Artificial Intelligence Industry Track, Metaverse (Internet 3.0) Industry Track, and Singapore Special Track. Offers tiered office space up to 500 square meters, access to international platform resources in Singapore and Hong Kong, free use of light field capture, motion capture, and computing power platforms, and priority entry into high-quality incubation accelerators.
8. Dawangjing Center Hosts the Digital Healthcare and Smart Eldercare Industry Track. Provides up to 400 square meters of office space for one year, access to the Beijing Smart Eldercare Innovation Center’s ecosystem, and direct connections to top-tier hospital innovation centers and digital healthcare concept validation platforms.
9. Asian Games Village Subdistrict & Beijing North Star Hosts the Smart Hardware Industry Track and Intelligent Robot Innovation Application Special Track. Offers real scenario matchmaking for large-scale deployment, access to Chaoyang’s intelligent robot industry ecosystem, and special fund support for qualifying application cases.
10. Chaoyang Northern Sci-Tech Innovation Belt Hosts the Embodied Intelligence Industry Track and Northern Sci-Tech Innovation Belt Special Track. Provides direct access to a network of research institutes, real-world scenario testing at Olympic venues and Olympic Forest Park, and one-on-one closed-door investment matchmaking with district funds and top investment institutions.
11. Zhongguancun Chaoyang Industrial AI Industrial Park Hosts the Industrial AI Industry Track. Offers a free registered address and shared workstations, a three-part mentor pairing covering technology, industry, and investment, regular industrial AI investment matchmaking events, and access to an industrial AI expert library.
12. Chaoyang Data Elements Industrial Park Hosts the Data Elements Industry Track. Provides priority inclusion in the Fengming Plan with dedicated support services, data asset registration and financing support, direct access to the Chaoyang data elements ecosystem, and one-stop enterprise services.
13. CME Digital Audiovisual Industrial Park Hosts the Digital Culture Industry Track. Provides access to approximately 2 billion yuan in dedicated credit resources, a direct talent pipeline from top Beijing film and art academies, free exhibition and launch venues, and professional operations support.
14. Dongjin International Center Hosts the Digital Culture Industry Track. Offers first-year free workstations for startup incubator teams, one free registered address, full media matrix promotion, and discounted access to professional-grade meeting and multimedia spaces.
15. 798 Art District Hosts the Digital Culture Industry Track and Guangzhi Space Special Track. Provides exclusive discounts on unique three-to-ten meter ceiling event spaces, direct connections to art curation and derivative product service chains, and brand promotion leveraging the 798 art district ecosystem.
16. Beijing National Advertising Industrial Park Hosts the Digital Culture Industry Track. Offers over 11,000 square meters of office space plus a 9,000 square meter public service platform, smart talent apartments, a complete digital advertising industry chain from creative to media buying, and dedicated international talent services.
17. Zhongguancun Chaoyang International Aerospace Industrial Park Hosts the Aerospace Industry Track. Provides dedicated testing and laboratory facilities, access to aerospace industry funds, and full technology and industry chain service platforms covering everything from startup incubation to commercialization.
18. Airshow Horizon Hosts the Aerospace Industry Track. Provides priority recommendation to the national aerospace innovation competition, pre-competition pitch coaching, and closed-door matchmaking with supply chains of major industry players including Aviation Industry Corporation of China, COMAC, and AECC.
19. Chaoyang Disruptive Technology Innovation Center Hosts the Disruptive Technology Special Track. Provides direct access to the digital healthcare concept validation center, connections to disruptive technology venture funds, and tiered incubation and acceleration packages with a focus on biomedical and optical technology integration.
20. Medical-Engineering Innovation Valley Hosts the Medical-Engineering Innovation Valley Special Track. Offers direct advancement to the ITEC Global Finals for outstanding winners, one year of free office space, priority angel fund investment opportunities, and access to concept validation platform technical support.
21. Shan-He-Wan-Gu Innovation Zone Hosts the Shan-He-Wan-Gu Innovation Zone Special Track. Provides direct finals advancement for outstanding teams, rent-free office space with shared labs, and precision matching to nine specialty industrial parks across artificial intelligence, new energy, and medical technology.
22. Guangzhi Space AI Innovation Block Hosts the Guangzhi Space Special Track. Provides direct access to the BOE ecosystem, priority computing power subsidies and office space, and order opportunities from key parks, local subdistricts, and state-owned enterprises.
23. Zhongguancun Chaoyang Future Display Industrial Park Hosts the Guangzhi Space Special Track. Offers co-creation opportunities with BOE technical teams, six months of free workstations for ITEC winners, a smart policy matching platform, and full-cycle incubation services for future display technology startups.
24. UCP Hengtong International Innovation Park Hosts the Guangzhi Space Special Track. Provides 200,000 square meters of campus space including standalone headquarters buildings, access to major venture capital funds and Chaoyang financial services, two-way global expansion support, and common technology services including virtual studios.
25. Internet 3.0 Application Scenario Research Institute Hosts the Application Scenario Special Track. Provides one-on-one scenario solution design tailored to each startup, access to a pool of hundreds of enterprise and research partners, and full-cycle benchmark scenario cultivation and brand empowerment services.
